Double roller juicer machine is specifically designed for whole citrus fruits, such as kumquats, oranges, lemons, and grapefruits. It can automatically separate the peel from the juice during processing, without the need for size grading and peeling. Our DGJ-300 model can process approximately 1 ton of oranges and lemons per hour.
- Air Bubble Washing Machine with Elevator
Our client also chose an air bubble washing machine with a built-in elevating conveyor. This system thoroughly cleans the raw fruit and automatically transfers the washed oranges and lemons directly into the feeding hopper of the juicer, creating a seamless, labor-saving workflow.
