Chilli paste grinder is the essential equipment in the hot sauce production line, specifically designed to grind fresh peppers into a fine chili sauce. At Furui Machinery, our stainless steel sauce colloid mill can process between 10 kg to 3,000 kg of peppers per hour, making it suitable for both large-scale and small production lines. Rotor and Stator Design

How to Make
Chili Sauce?

Washing → Crushing → Grinding → Mixing and Homogenization (Optional) → Cooking and Pasteurization → Cooling → Filling and Packaging

Furui Machinery provides the equipment needed in this process, including colloid mills, washing machines, vegetable crushers, storage tanks, mixing tank, filling machines, and more.

1. Washing

Before processing, the chili peppers should be thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt and impurities.

2. Crushing

This process crushes the chili peppers into smaller pieces, preparing them for fine grinding.

3. Grinding 

The crushed chili peppers are processed through the colloid mill to produce a smooth and homogenous chili paste.

4. Cooking

After grinding, the chili sauce is heated and cooked to achieve the desired flavor and for pasteurization.

5. Filling and Packaging
