09/16/2026A mango pulp processing line is designed to process fresh mangoes into mango pulp or puree for commercial food and beverage production. Depending on the final product, the line can be configured with washing, pulping, fine grinding, mixing, degassing, sterilization, and filling equipment.
Furui Machinery's mango pulper combines core removal, pulp extraction, and peel separation in one machine, with 1 t/h and 3 t/h models for commercial mango processing. We also provide customized mango pulp processing lines tailored to your production capacity, product requirements, and processing needs.
Mango Pulp Production Process
The mango pulp processing line generally follows these steps:
Fresh Mangoes → Washing → Manual Sorting → Pulp Extraction & Core/Peel Separation → Fine Grinding → Mixing → Vacuum Degassing → Sterilization → Filling
1. Washing & Sorting
Equipment: Air Bubble Washing Machine, Brush Washing Machine, Manual Sorting Belt
- Air Bubble Washing: Commonly used as the main washing method for mango processing lines. Water agitation and air bubbles help remove soil, dust, and surface impurities while providing continuous washing.
- Brush Washing: Can be added as a pre-cleaning stage when mangoes carry heavier or firmly attached dirt. Uses rotating soft brushes and water spraying to remove soil, dust, and dirt from the mango surface.
- Manual Sorting: Operators inspect the fruit and remove rotten, damaged, unripe, or other unsuitable mangoes.
The washing equipment can be added or removed according to the raw mango condition, budget, factory space, and processing requirements.
2. Pulp Extraction & Core and Peel Separation
Equipment: Mango Pulper Machine
Function: Mango pulper is the core part of this production line. To extract mango pulp while automatically separating peel and pit (core) in a single continuous process. It is available to adjust pulp consistency through the screen configuration.
Advantage: Integrating the main separation functions into one pulper can simplify the processing flow and reduce the need for core-removing and peeling equipment.
Furui Machinery offers two models of MDJ2 pulper machines with a processing capacity from 1 t/h to 3 t/h. Our mango pulper can be supplied standalone or integrated into a complete mango pulp processing line.

3. Fine Grinding or Refining (optional)
Fine grinding is optional and depends on the required pulp texture. A colloid mill or homogenizer can be added when a finer and more uniform product is required.
Equipment: Colloid Grinder or Homogenizer
- Colloid Mill: Further grinds the pulp to improve product fineness and uniformity.
- Homogenizer: Applies homogenization to improve the pulp consistency and stability.
4. Mixing (optional)
Equipment: Mixing Tank
Function: Blends mango pulp with water, sugar, or other ingredients according to the requirements of the final product.
For products made from pure mango pulp without additional ingredients, this stage is not required.
5. Vacuum Degassing
Equipment: Vacuum Degasser
Function: Removes entrained air from the mango pulp to help reduce oxidation, improve product stability, and minimize air bubbles before sterilization.
6. Sterilization
Equipment: Sterilization tank
Function: Applies controlled heat treatment to reduce microorganisms and improve product safety and shelf stability.
