Mango Pulping Machine
Furui Machinery’s MDJ2 mango pulping machine is designed specifically for processing mangoes by separating the pulp from the seed and peel. This machine is also suitable for processing stone fruits such as peaches, plums, apricots, etc.
- Made of food-grade stainless steel, ensuring safety and hygiene during the pulping process.
- Screen mesh size can be adjusted to achieve the desired pulp consistency.
- Effectively separates mango pulp from seeds and skin, ensuring a smooth, high-quality output.
Mango Pulper Machine
Furui Machinery offers a range of fruit pulping machines designed for efficient pulp extraction. The MDJ2 model is specifically engineered for mango processing, offering a two-stage process (core removal and pulping) to achieve automatic pulp, seed, and peel separation. With a processing capacity ranging from 1 to 5 t/h, this machine is ideal for large-scale operations. The adjustable screen opening size, ranging from 0.3 to 15mm, allows for optimal processing of different materials.
Applications:
- Stone Fruits: Such as mangoes, peaches, apricots, and other similar fruits;
- Berries and Soft Fruits: Like strawberries, tomatoes, kiwis, and grapes; pre-cooked fruits, like dates, apples, and pears.
- Vegetables: Such as tomatoes, leafy vegetables, like chopped celery, etc.
Model | Power | Capacity | Dimension |
MDJ1-2.5 | 5.5 kW | 2.5 t/h | 1,450*770*1,650mm |
MDJ2-4 | 7.5 kW | 4 t/h | 1,535*1,420*1,680mm |
MDJ2-5 | 11 kW | 5 t/h | 1,935*1,650*1,900mm |
Note: The MDJ series is available in single-channel (MDJ1) and double-channel (MDJ2) models. In the single-channel model, both the pulp and peel are discharged through the liquid outlet, while the core is expelled through the waste outlet. On the other hand, the double-channel model directs the pulp into a collection tank, while expelling seeds and peel separately.
Features of Mango Pulper Machine
The mango pulper machine is designed specifically for pulping mangoes and similar fruits to extract pulp efficiently while separating seeds, skins, and other unwanted materials.
High-Speed Pulping
The mango pulper utilizes a high-speed rotating rotor and pulping blades that break down mango pulp efficiently.
Stainless Steel
Our fruit pulper is made with stainless steel, which makes it durable, easy to clean, and hygienic in the food processing industry.
Efficient Separation of Pulp and Waste
The machine features an automatic separation system. Mango pulp passes through a mesh screen and is collected for further processing or packaging. While the seeds and skin are efficiently separated and expelled via the waste outlet.
Custom Solution
The screen mesh size can be customized according to your desired consistency of the pulp to suit different product needs.
Moreover, our mango pulp making machine can be integrated with a fruit processing line, such as fruit washing machine, pulp filling and packaging machine.
Differences Between DJ and MDJ Pulper Machines
Furui Machinery offers the DJ and MDJ series of fruit pulper machines. The DJ1 model is a single-channel machine, while the DJ2 and DJ3 models are equipped with double and triple channels, respectively. The double-channel pulper consists of two pulping stages, each structured similarly to the single-channel model. The first stage performs coarse pulping, while the second and third stages handle(s) fine pulping.
The MDJ2 model features a two-step process: the first channel is designed to remove the core, and the second channel performs both pulping and the final separation of pulp from peel and core.
Working Process of Mango Pulp Machine
The main components of mango pulp processing machine include a feed hopper, a slag outlet, a juice outlet, a cylinder, a screen, a beating scraper a core-removing rotor, a frame, and transmission parts.
1. The motor powers the system, which drives a belt that rotates the scraper blade at high speed.
2. When mangoes are fed into the machine, the rotating scraper blade scrapes the mango flesh. As the blade moves, it breaks down the mango pulp and pushes it towards the screen. When the material passes between the scraper blade and the screen, it moves along a spiral path. The centrifugal force separates the mango pulp from the skin, seed, and other residues.
3. The mango pulp passes through the screen. The pulp is collected for further processing, while solid waste is discharged by the waste outlet.
Mango Pulp Production Line
Mango Washing Machine
To wash and clean the mangoes to remove dirt, pesticides, and any other contaminants before processing.
Importance: Ensures hygiene and prevents contamination of the final product.
Mango Pulping Machine (MDJ2 Model)
To separate the pulp from the peel and seed.
Importance: Ensures the efficient extraction of high-quality mango pulp, with minimal waste.
Mango Pulp Refining and Filtering System
To remove any remaining impurities or fibers from the mango pulp.
Importance: Guarantees the pulp's quality and consistency, especially when producing juices or jams.
Storage Tanks
To store the mango pulp before further processing or packaging.
Further Processing
For example, a pasteurization machine can be used to sterilize the mango pulp, extending its shelf life and ensuring food safety. Or pulp filling machinery can be utilized to fill the pulp into containers for sale.
