Delivering 10 Sets of Manure Separators to Spain

In April 2023, Furui Machinery delivered a sloped screen separator and 9 manure screw press separators to a client in Spain. These machines were used to process cow dung and pig manure. 

Our manure separators are ideal for livestock farms with multiple animal types, such as cows and pigs. They are designed to handle various types of animal waste, including chicken manure, cow dung, and pig manure, using different screen opening sizes. The sloped screen separator is suited for materials with high liquid content, It can be used as the first stage in the separation process to lower the initial load on the following screw press separators. The manure screw press then further reduces the liquid content to 55-60%, improving manure handling and reducing waste volume.
