Delivery of Inclined Screen Separators to Philippines

In December 2024, Furui Factory shipped 8 inclined screen separators and submersible agitators to one of our regular clients in the Philippines. 

The inclined screen separators are designed to handle materials with high liquid content, such as water-flushed manure and water-soaked manure. These separators efficiently filter solid particles from liquids, ensuring quick and reliable initial separation. The remaining solids are then further processed using a screw press to reduce the water content. Additionally, the client opted for submersible agitators instead of pumps, ensuring consistent and even mixing of solids and liquids -- an essential step for optimizing the dewatering process.
