In January 2026, Furui Machinery delivered a complete screw dewatering system to a client in Russia for fruit waste treatment. The system consists of an FR-420 dewatering machine, a vegetable and fruit crusher, and a conveyor.
1. FR-420 Screw Dewatering Machine
Our FR-420 screw press dewatering machine, with a processing capacity of 3-4 t/h, is designed to separate liquid and solid from organic waste. After dewatering, the solid residue contains less moisture, making it easier to transport, store, or further process.
2. Fruit and Vegetable Crusher Machine
To improve dewatering performance, we adopted a vegetable crusher machine as a pre-treatment step before the screw press. It reduces large pieces of fruit and vegetable waste into smaller particles to prevent clogging and improve overall processing efficiency.
3. Conveyor Belt
To create a smooth and labor-saving workflow, Furui also supplied a conveyor belt system to transport the fruit waste into the crusher machine. The crusher is positioned directly above the screw press machine so that the crushed materials fall straight into the screw press machine.
