LPS Crusher Machine
The PS-5 and LPS-5 shredder machines are very similar. Both of them are composed of a feeding hopper, crushing unit, support frame, discharge outlet, and transmission system. During operation, the rotating blades rotate at high speeds around the axis, while the material is sheared and crushed in the gap between the rotating blades and fixed blades. Due to the different rotating speeds, the LPS-5 results in a more refined crushing process. Typically, the crushed material size ranges from 2-5mm. These crushers are primarily utilized as pre-treatment equipment for industrial juicer machines.
3. CPS Crushing Machine

CPJ Hammer Crusher
Working Principle
The CPS and CPJ series are suitable for large-scale processing of fruits and vegetables. The CPS cage crusher operates by rotating fly blades, which push the material forward while the fixed blades crush the material roughly. Then the crushed materials are driven by the ribs on the rotor to rotate at high speed. Meanwhile, the knife row on the stator further crushes the materials. The particle size is determined by the rotor’s speed, the distance between the flying and fixed blades, and the blade spacing.
The CPJ hammer crusher uses a series of hammers attached to a high-speed rotating shaft. As the material enters the machine, the rotating hammers strike and break it down. Crushed material falls through a screen, with smaller particles passing through and larger pieces remaining for further crushing. The particle size can be adjusted by the opening size of the screen and the gap between the hammer and the screen.
