Spiral juice extractor is a versatile tool for industrial juice production. This juicer adopts a screw press mechanism for efficient pulp and juice separation from various fruits and vegetables. Furui Machinery offers two series of screw press juicers: the LZ and PZJ series.
Both the LZ and PZJ series are ideal for processing materials like tomatoes, pineapples, apples, peppers, spinach, coconut meat, ginger, and more. The LZ series is suited for already crushed or chopped fruits and vegetables, while the PZJ series is integrated with a crusher, allowing the material to be crushed before it enters the spiral juicer. How Does A Spiral Juicer Work?
The screw press juicer consists of a feed hopper, front support, screw, screen, juice collector, slag outlet, and transmission components.
For the LZ series juicer, it's necessary to crush the material into small pieces before feeding. However, the PZJ series juicer is equipped with an integrated crusher, allowing you to feed the materials directly.
Then the crushed material is pushed by the screw toward the slag outlet. As the screw rotates, the diameter of the screw gradually increases while the pitch decreases, causing the material to be compressed as it moves forward. As the volume of the spiral cavity decreases, the juice is squeezed out and flows into the juice container through the screen.
The solid material is then conveyed to the discharge outlet. As more material is continuously pushed forward, the pressure increases, finally forcing the slag out through the discharge outlet.
