Working Principle of Pomegranate Peeler
Our pomegranate peeler and deseeder mainly consists of the feeding hopper, crushing device, separation unit, frame, protective cover, transmission system, and electrical control cabinet.

Feeding: Whole pomegranates enter the machine through the feeding hopper and are directed into the upper crushing unit.
- Crushing: The pomegranates are squeezed and cut into smaller pieces under the opposing pressure of the crushing rollers and the sharp blades mounted on the rollers.
- Separation: After crushing --- where the peel and seeds are mostly loosened --- the material falls into the separation unit, which is equipped with a frequency-controlled separation shaft and rotating screen.
- Discharge: Under the combined action of the rotating shaft and screen, the pomegranate seeds pass through the screen holes and are discharged through the outlet. Meanwhile, the pomegranate peels move toward the end of the machine and are discharged from the rear outlet.

1. Pomegranate Feeding & Washing
Whole fruits are fed into the processing line and are thoroughly washed and disinfected to remove dust, dirt, and surface contaminants.

2. Pomegranate Peeling and Deseeding
This pomegranate peeler machine gently separates the fruit into clean arils, broken peel, small peel fragments, and membranes. Large peel pieces are discharged through a side outlet.

3. Purification Process
This step removes impurities through a multi-stage purification system, including:
- Vibrating fine impurity removal (removes small peel fragments & membrane particles)
- Gravity separation (removes lighter impurities like floating membranes)
- Vibrating separation (eliminates remaining peel or foreign matter)
Then the purified arils pass through a vibrating filter with a fan to remove surface water and prepare them for final inspection or further processing.
