1. Roller/Drum Washing Machine
The roller fruit and vegetable cleaning machine uses a rotating drum with brushes inside to gently scrub and wash the produce as it moves through the machine.
Applications: Suited for cleaning or peeling produce that grows in soil, for example, potatoes, carrots, yams, sweet potatoes, ginger, and similar root vegetables, as well as apples, pears, and more.

Working Principle
The machine consists of a frame, drum, brushes, water tank, spray pipe, circulating water pump, and transmission parts. Inside the drum, there are circularly arranged brushes and a hollow spiral. As the drum rotates, the materials tumble, and the brushes scrub their surfaces. At the same time, high-pressure water is sprayed from the top through spray pipes, washing the materials as they move. The dirty water is collected in a water tank below through the gaps in the drum. While the materials move slowly toward the discharge outlet along with the hollow spiral.
Not Suitable for Delicate Produce: The rotating and scrubbing action may damage soft and delicate items like leafy greens or berries.
2. Brush Washing Machine
A brush washing machine is specifically designed to scrub and wash vegetables and fruits using rotating brushes.
Applications: The machine is equipped with soft bristle brushes to clean fruits and vegetables by removing dirt, pesticides, and residues. When fitted with hard bristle brushes, it can also be used for peeling fruits and vegetables.

Working Principle
The brush washing machine mainly consists of a frame, brush rollers, a wastewater tank, spray pipes, a circulating water pump, and a transmission system. During operation, the produce enters the machine, where fruits and vegetables are rotated between the self-rotating brush rollers for thorough scrubbing. As the brushes rotate and the produce is pushed forward, a spray pipe above the brushes rinses off dirt and dust from the surface of the produce. Under water pressure, the dirt and dust are flushed into the wastewater tank for removal. You can also install a water filtration system at the bottom of the wastewater tank for water recycling.
3. Bubble Washing Machine
A bubble washing machine is designed for washing fruits and vegetables using the action of water and air bubbles.
Applications: Suitable for delicate items like leafy greens, berries, or soft fruits, like tomatoes, grapes, blueberries, mulberries, strawberries, mangos, wheatgrass, etc. But it is not suitable for heavily soiled materials.
Except for the transmission part and blower, the rest of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and the seals are made of food-grade rubber.

Working Principle
The bubble washing machine consists of a frame, water tank, blower, conveyor, circulating water pump, and transmission system.
During operation, the blower creates air bubbles, making the fruits and vegetables tumble and agitate, to effectively loosen and remove dirt and debris. The water is filtered and recycled through the circulating pump and spray pipes for additional rinsing. Inside the water tank, a conveyor gently moves the produce forward. After rinsing, the cleaned fruits and vegetables are transported to the next stage of processing.
4. High-pressure Spray Washer
A spray washing machine uses high-pressure nozzles to spray water onto the vegetables and fruits, effectively removing dirt, soil, pesticides, and other contaminants.
Applications: It is suitable for washing small to medium-sized fruits and vegetables, such as apples, tomatoes, mangoes, gingers, etc. Not ideal for soft or delicate produce.

Working Principle
The machine primarily consists of a conveyor, spray nozzles, a water collection tank, a circulating water pump, and a transmission system.
During operation, the produce is transported horizontally on the conveyor belt and passes through the high-pressure spray system. The upper and lower spray nozzles thoroughly rinse the produce from multiple angles. The used water flows into the collection tank, where it is filtered and recycled by the pump. After cleaning, the produce is transferred to the next processing stage via a conveyor.
