Rotor and Stator Design
At Furui Machinery, we offer different tooth designs for rotors and stators. The shear-type design is specifically engineered for processing fibrous materials. It enables efficient crushing and separation of fibers, ensuring optimal performance and maximizing output. This design is suitable for materials like garlic, onions, tomatoes, ginger, peppers, fresh corn, and more. In addition, you can adjust the gap between the rotor and stator to control the fineness of the chili paste.

How to Make Chili Sauce?
Washing → Crushing → Grinding → Mixing and Homogenization (Optional) → Cooking and Pasteurization → Cooling → Filling and Packaging

1. Washing
Before processing, the chili peppers should be thoroughly cleaned to remove dirt and impurities.

This process crushes the chili peppers into smaller pieces, preparing them for fine grinding.

3. Grinding

4. Cooking
