In August 2025, Furui Machinery delivered and installed a 1 t/h pomegranate juice production line in Greece. This is a complete solution to handle hard-seed pomegranates, from feeding and aril separation to juice extraction.
Pomegranate Juice Process Flow
Fruit Feeding → Aril Separation → Multi-Stage Purification → Aril Drying → Juice Extracting → Fine Filtration → Juice Collection
Key Equipment Used
1. 1 t/h Pomegranate Peeling and Deseeding Machine: Gently separates pomegranate arils from the peel and membranes without damaging the seeds.
2. Transfer Conveyor: Transfers pomegranates smoothly between processing stages to ensure continuous material flow and reduce manual handling.
3. Purification System: Designed to remove peel fragments, membranes, light impurities, and fine debris from pomegranate arils through a three-stage cleaning process, ensuring high juice purity and stable pressing performance.
4. FR-180 Screw Press Machine: Extracts juice from pomegranate arils through continuous mechanical pressing.
After delivery, Furui Machinery dispatched a professional engineer to Greece for on-site installation and debugging. This production line was successfully commissioned and achieved stable output.
