Advantages
- Cocoa mill grinder provides fine grinding, resulting in smooth cocoa paste, ideal for chocolate production and other applications.
- Capable of handling large quantities of cocoa beans, making it suitable for industrial production.
- Complying with CE certification, ensuring reliable and safe operation.
- Made from stainless steel, easy to clean and resistant to corrosion.
- The gap between rotor and stator can be adjusted to control the fineness of cocoa liquor.
Components
- Hopper: Feed cocoa nibs into the machine.
- Rotor and Stator: Core part of the colloid mill. The rotor rotates at high speed, creating a powerful shearing force against the stationary stator. Through continuous grinding, the cocoa nibs are ground into smooth and uniform paste.
- Discharge Outlet: The cocoa liquor is discharged through this outlet.
- Motor: It drives the rotor through a belt to rotate at high speeds.

How to Make Cocoa Paste from Cocoa Beans?
1. Select and clean the cocoa beans to remove any debris or impurities.
Equipment used: Stone and impurity removal machine
2. Roast the cocoa beans to enhance flavor and reduce moisture. Then cool down the roasted beans.
Equipment used: Nut roaster and cooling machine
3. Peel the cocoa beans (separate shells and cocoa nibs). The removed shells are collected in a cyclone separator, while the clean cocoa nibs will be further processed.
Equipment used: Cocoa bean peeling machine
4. Grind cocoa nibs into cocoa paste (including coarse grinding and fine grinding to achieve desired fineness).
Equipment used: Colloid mill machines
5. Store the cocoa paste properly by using a storage tank with an agitator to keep the paste homogeneous.
