Main Parts of Labeling Machine
1. Label Unwinder: Holds the roll of labels and allows smooth unwinding during operation.
2. Buffer Wheel: Absorbs tension from the label roll when the machine starts or stops, ensuring smooth contact between the label and rollers, and preventing breakage.
3. Guide Rollers: Guide and position the label material as it moves through the machine. Consist of an upper and lower roller to maintain alignment and precision.
4. Driving Rollers: A pair of friction wheels drive the label material forward by gripping the backing paper, ensuring smooth and continuous operation.
5. Rewinding Wheel: Rewinds the used backing paper after the label has been dispensed.
6. Peeling Plate: Separates individual labels from the backing liner. When the backing paper changes direction sharply over the plate, the labels peel off and become ready for application.
7. Labeling Roller: Ensures even and smooth application of the separated label onto the product, improving adhesion and accuracy.
8. Label Applicator Head: The part of the machine where the label is applied to the product.
9. Sensors: Detect the product's position and ensure correct label application.
10. Conveyor System: Transports products through the labeling machine, ensuring consistent movement and seamless operation.
11. Control System: Manages machine operations, including settings, speed, and functionality. Allows operators to adjust parameters for different product and label requirements.
